What is the Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?
The human Endocannabinoid System (ECS), named after the plant that led to its discovery, is perhaps the most important physiologic system involved in establishing and maintaining human health. Endocannabinoids and their receptors are found throughout the body: in the brain, organs, connective tissues, glands, and immune cells.
The Endocannabinoid System, with its complex actions in our immune system, nervous system, and all of the body's organs, is literally a bridge between body and mind.
Does Chill CBD Tea need to be refrigerated?
Chill CBD Tea is a shelf stable and does not require refrigeration, though we recommend keeping our beverages chilled until they are consumed.
Is CBD legal?
Yes. On December 20, 2018, President Donald Trump signed the 2018 Farm Bill in to law. Hemp is permanently removed from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and is forever deemed an agricultural commodity, just like corn, lettuce and avocados. By redefining hemp to include its 'extracts, cannabinoids & derivatives' Congress explicitly removed popular hemp products - such as hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) - from the purview of the CSA.
How much CBD do you put in a bottle of Chill?
Every 16 oz bottle of Chill is dosed to 30mg Hemp CBD (+/- 2-3mg).
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
A majority of drug tests do not test for the compound CBD; however, we recommend consulting with your doctor and/or employer if this is a concern.
Will I get high after consuming Chill?
No. Chill is made from hemp-derived CBD, which contains 0.00% of the THC compound. CBD is non-psychoactive.
